Job description: Let's introduce ourselves Safe Vehicle Automation (SVA), consist of around 600 skilled engineers who are responsible for everything from research and advanced engineering, to implementation, verification and validation of current and future customer offers in the area of Safety, Vehicle control and Autonomous Drive. Nested within SVA is the department of AD/ADAS Functions, we develop functions such as Collision Avoidance, Low Speed Assistance, Pilot Assist, connected safety and pave the way towards Autonomous Driving (AD). We develop and integrate functionality and SW into a complete product, making use of sensor input such as radar, camera, ultrasonic and lidar, that build a comprehensive perception of the car’s surroundings. We are offering you the opportunity to be a part of a team where we learn every day, challenge each other, and give continuous feedback. Your long-term competence plan will include steps to expand your knowledge and contributions within many competence areas that are within your interest or needed in the team. What you'll do You will be part of the AD/ADAS functions department, designing and support in verifying ADAS functions, where you will take the role as Function Designer and Project Lead within the team. This means that you will perform function design tasks, but also lead the completion of product deltas as part of our end-to-end function ownership responsibility.You will work together with the other function design engineers, verification teams, and multiple stakeholders, creating the best ADAS customer functions on the market. In the role as project lead a high level of communication, alignment and driving results is required.  What you'll bring To be successful in the role you have a drive to learn continuously and are flexible to broaden your experience. -    You have a bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Automotive, Project Management, Physics or similar.-    You have experience in function design, requirement management, project management and execution according to VPDS-    Experience and knowledge of ADAS functions, such as Parking, Pilot Assist or ACC-    Have a passion for our product-    You have experience in system design, UX concepts,  as well as experience in ISO262262 – Fusa concepts and/or SOTIF-    Swedish Driving license B -    Experience in customer function and system verification as well as experience in parking functionality is considered meritoriousWho are you?We are looking for a self-driven collaborator with high speed and who takes initiative!
