Responsibilities You design advanced components and create complex assemblies of CAD models within the digital environment. You develop and mature design engineering documentation, including high-precision drawings and CAD modules. You analyze, report, and resolve packaging conflicts to ensure flawless physical and digital integration. You drive the optimization of existing models through targeted redesigns and sophisticated technical analysis. You secure product quality and readiness before release, defining how drawings serve as the basis for verifying geometric properties. Qualifications We believe that diversity of experience fuels innovation, and we welcome applicants from various technical backgrounds who meet the core expertise required for this high-level role. To thrive and succeed, we believe you have: Extensive experience within mechanical design engineering (typically 12+ years of relevant experience). A proven track record as a recognized expert in your discipline, with deep knowledge of CAD systems and technical drawing standards. Strong analytical capabilities and the capacity to draw definitive conclusions from complex product data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with a natural ability to educate and develop others. We are extra impressed if you also have: Experience from the automotive, heavy machinery, or large-scale transport solutions industry.
