Cloud Engineer Digital Workplace & Platform - F/M/X

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable cloud platforms that enable secure, automated, and cost-efficient digital workplace services across multi-cloud environments, with a strong focus on Azure. 📍 Location: Gothenburg (Hybrid / On-site) 📊 Seniority: Senior (7–10 years experience) 🗣️ Language: English Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable cloud architectures Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions Develop and manage cloud landing zones and platform services Improve automation, reliability, and operational efficiency Support CI/CD pipeline development and optimization Enhance cloud security, IAM, and governance practices Enable self-service capabilities for users and teams Provide operational support via collaboration tools (e.g., Slack) Participate in architecture discussions and technical decisions Technical Skills (Must Have) Strong experience with one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Terraform or other IaC tools (Bicep, CloudFormation, etc.) CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance Kubernetes and containerized workloads Cloud networking and security fundamentals Identity and Access Management (IAM) Nice to Have Multi-cloud exposure Experience with digital workplace or platform engineering Experience in cost optimization and cloud governance Experience & Soft Skills 5+ years in cloud engineering / platform / architecture roles (minimum) Strong understanding of scalable and secure cloud systems Ability to work independently in complex environments Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams Clear communication in technical discussions and documentation Comfortable supporting users in operational environments What we offer An international community bringing together 110+ different nationalities An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) At Mantu, sustainability is part of everything we do.
