HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group within Hitachi Energy that develops, manufactures, and sells DC transmission systems globally. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances, via submarine cables, and to connect power systems. The Auxiliary Commissioning team is a global team within the HVDC Construction and Commissioning division. The team consists of commissioning engineers specializing in auxiliary systems such as auxiliary power, HVAC/climate systems, fire protection, and other building services. We are a diverse, multicultural team working closely across disciplines – and we look forward to you joining us. This is a role with extensive international travel opportunities. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that fire protection systems are safely commissioned and fully operational in HVDC projects worldwide.
