About the job
As Agentic Automation Architect, you’re the authority on design and build decisions for automation and agentic solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor for technical questions you guide engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high-quality, and compliant automation across the organization.
Job responsibilities
Define architecture for automation and agentic platforms, including tools and offerings
Design and build automated solutions by translating business needs into technical implementations
Lead technical direction through standards, best practices, and coaching
Enable self-service and AI fluency by sharing technical guidance, reusable patterns, and help teams and champion communities adopt automation and agentic AI responsibly
Design, develop, test, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and streamline processes
Location and flexibility
This position is based in Solna or Sandviken and offers a hybrid work setup with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time.
Your profile
You bring expertise in automation engineering and a clear ability to connect business needs with scalable technical solutions. With a strategic mindset and experience from complex environments, you know how to guide teams and shape architectures that last.
Your background includes:
Degree in Computer Science or similar field
Experience in automation engineering and agentic automation
Strong skills in UiPath, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and at least one programming laguageExperience leading technical work in agile environments
Ability to translate business needs into automation solutions and coach others
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to drive automation at scale. Working independently, you guide and coach others while influencing without formal authority. You communicate complex concepts clearly, translate business needs into technical solutions, and stay curious, always focused on enabling team success.
