About the Role We're looking for a Full Stack AI Developer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI. You'll design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions, working across the entire technology stack from front-end experiences to cloud infrastructure and LLM-powered services, partnering closely with product, data and business stakeholders across our Nordic markets. Key Responsibilities Design and build scalable, secure web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks. Develop and integrate AI models into production features — owning the approach from concept to deployment. Work in an AI-first pipeline, using agentic coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) as part of your daily workflow. Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems (e.g. Genesys CX) to enable automation and data-driven features. Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code and apply effective testing and debugging practices. Stay current with AI and full-stack engineering trends and share knowledge across the team. Required Qualifications A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Several years of professional experience building and deploying full-stack applications in production environments. Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular. Strong back-end development experience using Python and/or Node.js. Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions. Experience integrating LLMs, AI services, or machine learning models into customer-facing applications. Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with cloud-native development on Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases. Knowledge of MCP and agent-based AI systems. Experience evaluating, monitoring, and improving LLM performance in production. Understanding of GDPR, the EU AI Act, and responsible AI practices.
