Senior O2C ERP Business Architect

About the Role You will join an end-to-end architecture team in a global manufacturing environment that is transforming its ERP landscape across multiple commercial programs. The focus is on Order-to-Cash, with close links to Order-to-Delivery, in a business covering sales of trucks, buses, and power solutions as well as wholesale and retail operations. In this role, you will help create consistency across processes, architecture, and program deliveries while working with both SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to make sure design choices support long-term goals without losing momentum in delivery. Job DescriptionYou will represent and safeguard the Order-to-Cash and Order-to-Delivery processes from both a process and architecture perspective. You will guide design decisions to align with business objectives, target architecture, scalability, efficiency, and industry best practices. You will work closely with realization leads and help move the program forward through pragmatic, results-oriented solutions. You will support Business Process Owners in establishing, documenting, and governing global processes and templates. You will facilitate change management and handle O2C-related change requests within the program. You will collaborate with cross-program streams and the Service Integrator to secure smooth end-to-end integration. You will identify and communicate business impacts when processes are aligned with industry standards. Requirements8+ years of documented experience relevant to the role Documented experience within the Order-to-Delivery domain in a manufacturing environment Solid understanding of sales, delivery, and invoicing processes Significant experience working as a Business Architect in complex and global environments Documented ERP experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools, with ARIS currently in use Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions Ability to balance business objectives, architectural principles, and practical delivery needs Fluent English, spoken and written Nice to haveUniversity degree, preferably in Computer Science What We OfferPermanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
