Service Line Manager to Siemens Energy Finspång

About the Role As a Service Line Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving Siemens Energy’s service portfolio within the industrial power generation sector. You will be responsible for the commercial development of service products throughout their entire lifecycle, from strategy and product development to global launch and continuous optimization. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, development teams, sales organizations, and other global stakeholders to ensure that our service offerings meet market demands while driving profitability and strengthening our competitive position. You will join an international team focused on strategy, product commercialization, business development, market intelligence, and competitive analysis. Working in a global environment, you will build strong relationships across the organization and contribute to the development of sustainable energy solutions for the future. Key Responsibilities As a Service Line Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing product strategies and roadmaps for service portfolios to maximize business opportunities and profitability. Managing service portfolios, establishing and monitoring performance KPIs, and continuously optimizing product offerings. Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to ensure services are correctly positioned, priced, and differentiated. Identifying new business opportunities, service offerings, and business models to support future growth. Leading the commercial aspects of the product development process and driving global product launches in close collaboration with technical product managers. Defining product value propositions and unique selling points while contributing to R&D prioritization and investment decisions. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting on 15th of September 2026, and expected to run until 31st of March 2027. About You We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field, combined with at least eight years of experience within Industrial Power Generation or the Oil & Gas industry. You have a proven track record of working in complex international organizations, successfully driving product management, business development, or commercial initiatives. You are comfortable engaging with customers and senior stakeholders, building credibility through a consultative and value-driven approach. With a strong understanding of both commercial and technical environments, you can translate market insights into business opportunities and strategic decisions. As a person, you are proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented. You thrive both independently and in collaborative environments and are motivated by creating tangible business results. You are curious, adaptable, and see opportunities where others see challenges. To succeed in this role, you should have: A Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field. At least eight years of experience within Industrial Power Generation or Oil & Gas. Proven experience in product management, business development, or commercial strategy. Excellent communication skills and experience working closely with customers and senior stakeholders. Strong commercial judgment combined with solid technical understanding. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
